We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant, Experience is essential for this role within the same sector. Job duties will include : Candidate Resourcing Make calls to connect with contacts and generate new business leads Interview jobseekers to continuously enhance the database of jobseekers Identify matches between jobs and potential candidates Screen and shortlist candidates for their recruiting clients or their own organisation Prepare candidates for interviews Headhunt by approaching candidates for executive roles and specialist positions Pay rate : £24k - £26k per annum If you have previously or currently working within the Recruitment Sector and are looking for a fresh challenge, something that you can get your teeth into, have the skills but not receiving the reward?
