Description The Role You will be supporting day to day operations, maintenance, HSE and projects for the Leman and CPUG Production Unit (PU). You will own specific improvement initiatives for the PU and will act as focal point for key safety and reliability modifications. You may provide cover offshore from time to time, cover O&M Lead or Operations Engineer responsibilities and ‘go see’ other assets for cross-learning. Our Clients and Projects Designing the future. Liaise with Wells Reservoir & Facilities Management (WRFM) Team to optimise daily production and track and analyse deferment, identifying corrective actions though causal learning processes Custodian for the PU Management of Change (eMOC) process, working with eMOC owners to progress to closure in efficient and robust manner Custodian for the PU Manage Threats and Opportunities (MTO) process, working closely with PU Operations Engineer to rank, prioritise and liquidate initiatives Prepare and facilitate risk assessment for impaired and degraded SCEs Prepare and present cumulative risk for both Nodal and NUI platforms in the Production Unit structured week sessions Act as Operations focal point for minor modifications scope from concept through to execution, inclusive of attending and providing input to key studies and assessments – HAZOP/HAZID/SIL/Alarm Management Participate in Tier 1 documentation periodic reviews, inclusive of Safety Case thorough reviews Lead and support incident investigations for both PU and wider asset Provide coaching to onshore/offshore staff in operations/maintenance/projects processes Qualifications What makes you remarkable? Expected: Relevant experience or understanding of activities of Operations and Maintenance within oil and gas industry Offshore experience is essential, along with ability to gain/retain required training/medical clearance to travel offshore Must have demonstrated experience in the above-mentioned functions of this role (or equivalent) Advanced skills using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Incident management databases Experience with SAP or a comparable financial database system Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational and prioritization skills Ability to work without supervision Works well multidisciplinary teams, and shows strong interpersonal and influencing skills, both across peer group and wider organisation Self-motivated and proactive approach, uses own initiative to solve problems and overcome setbacks Experience in continuous improvement desirable Previous project/modification and/or turn around experience an advantage Auditing/process review experience, causal learning experience an advantage
