Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support in Norwegian through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Document interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Collect customer feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools.
- Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and finding solutions for customers.
