Main duties of the job As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will work under the supervision of registered nurses and other clinicians to provide safe, highquality and personcentred care. Your duties will include: Supporting patients with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting and feeding Assisting with mobility, moving and handling, and patient comfort Recording and reporting patient observations (e.g., temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure) Assisting clinical teams with care plans and procedures Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment Offering emotional reassurance and compassionate support to patients and families You will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing, dignity and safety of our patients at all times.
