We are seeking a motivated and compassionate qualified & experienced Hearing Care Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is eager to learn and develop within the audiology field.
Conducting earwax removal through the use of microsuction, irrigation and manual instruments
Providing basic information and guidance to patients on hearing aid care and maintenance.
Performing administrative tasks such as answering phones, handling correspondence, and managing stock levels of consumables.
Adhering to all clinic policies and procedures.
Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using electronic record systems.
Previous experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
