The Role
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating advanced CNC milling machines to produce high-precision aerospace components.
Key Responsibilities
* Program, set, and operate 3 & 5 axis CNC milling machines
* Work with modern Haas and DMG machinery
* Manufacture high-precision components for the aerospace industry
* Machine a range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, and specialist aerospace alloys
* Ensure components meet strict quality and tolerance requirements
Requirements
* Proven experience in CNC programming within the aerospace sector
* Strong background in 3 & 5 axis milling
* Experience using CAM software such as Mastercam, HyperMill, Powermill, NX, or similar
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
