As our next Chef De Partie, you…
* Show a passion and creativity for food, ingredients and flavours.
* Lead the team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with pride and precision.
* Are responsible for supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in a busy kitchen.
* Are confident in passing on your knowledge to the team.
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
* Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
