Overview
Role: Support Worker Make Every Day Matter! Location: Kennington, Oxfordshire. Salary: £14.34 per hour (£27,963 per annum) plus benefits. Benefits include: paid induction; overtime paid over 37.5 contracted hours. Hours: 8.00am to 8.00pm and 8.00pm to 8.00am (Monday to Sunday on a mixed shift rota basis). Please note, shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support. Contract: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week, Permanent. Driving Requirement: Manual UK license required. Visa Sponsorships: Not available.
What Youll Need

* Supporting daily routines from morning support to bedtime.
* Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing.
* Contributing to tailored support plans.
* Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference.
* Keeping accurate support notes; every detail matters.
Who Youll Be Supporting
I am a young man with autism and moderate learning difficulties who lives alone in a purpose-built home. I like routine and predictability and enjoy going out in my vehicle daily on a pre-planned route. I love music, BBC 1, BBC 2 radio and colouring activities. I enjoy going out in my van to activities. My mother is very important to me and is involved in my support and wellbeing. I like pasta. My support workers should be dedicated, resilient, creative, flexible and able to think outside the box to help me reach my full potential. I have been institutionalised most of my life; with SeeAbility\'s amazing Support Workers, my days are active and enjoyable. Youll be making a real impact with a person who has:
