We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Carpenter to start as soon as possible on a social housing scheme in South Birmingham.
The position involves working on a range of tasks, including:
* Repairs and maintenance
* Capital works and retrofit projects
* Carpentry, plumbing, plastering, roofing, and tiling
Key information:
* £23 per hour
* Monday to Friday
* 12-week contract with the potential to go temp to perm
* Van provided
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a multi-skilled carpenter
* Maximum of 5 points on driving licence
* Own tools
* Preferably with experience in social housing
* Able to provide 2 work references
