At the heart of the university’s digital environment, the ICT Department is dedicated to delivering responsive and customer-focused support to all staff and students. We provide secure, reliable, and robust technologies that enable teaching, research, and administration to thrive. Our team champions the creative and innovative use of technology to enhance the user experience and drive adoption and continuous improvement across the institution.

We are seeking an Analyst Developer to join our Enterprise Systems team within the ICT department. In this role, you will play a key part in the development, integration, and ongoing maintenance of systems and solutions that support university operations. You will work closely with the various departments to ensure the seamless functionality of enterprise systems, both cloud-based and on-premise, and contribute to the university’s ongoing digital transformation.

You will leverage your skills with modern technologies and SaaS solutions to design, develop, and maintain critical applications, while ensuring that legacy systems are successfully upgraded to modern platforms. You will also provide technical support, produce detailed documentation, and collaborate with business users to ensure that the systems meet the evolving needs of the university.

What you’ll bring:

1. Proven experience in developing and integrating enterprise systems in a complex environment
2. Experience upgrading and modernising legacy systems
3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
4. Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
6. Ability to produce clear, detailed technical documentation
7. A proactive approach to continuous improvement and learning new technologies
