About the Role
Our client has an exciting opportunity for aHousing Officerto join their team, covering Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole. This is apart-time, permanentposition, offering flexibility with a mix ofhome working, office-based work, and customer visits.
You’ll manage your own diary and play a key role in delivering aprofessional, high-quality housing management serviceacross a mixed tenure portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload including anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches, fraud, safeguarding, and neighbourhood issues
* Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a 90%+ customer satisfaction rate
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
* Support the development of safe, inclusive, and sustainable communities
* Balance day-to-day casework with project-based community initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* Experience managing complex caseloads in a customer-facing environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge or experience in housing management services
* Proficiency with IT systems, including Microsoft Office
* Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, contractors, and partner agencies
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check
