The Opportunity:
TGI Sport is on the lookout for a dynamic, organised and proactive Events Manager to help us deliver exceptional virtual and in-stadia advertising technology for the worlds leading sports clubs, leagues and federations. You’ll play a key role in delivering world-class sporting events, ensuring flawless planning, technical delivery and smooth operations across our live and virtual event portfolio.

Your mission:

* Plan and coordinate logistics, crew and equipment for events
* Compile event playlists and process event artwork
* Create call sheets, technical books and broadcaster-ready documents
* Support budgeting and ensure accurate operational costings
* Actively record and review event data to create continually improved events
Your Skills & Experience
*
* Experience in sports broadcast, events or operations
* Strong planning, problem-solving and budget management skills
* Excellent communicator with senior stakeholders and clients
* Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable managing others in a project management environment
* Confident with Microsoft Office, bonus points for Monday.com, NetSuite and TravelPerk
* Passion for sport and some flexibility to support live events (occasional evenings/weekends)
* Fluency in German or Spanish desirable.
* A DBS check required as standard
* Mobility - some travel may be required periodically as part of the role.
