Role and Responsibilities:
1. To be responsible for the co-ordination, commissioning, and personal delivery of individual packages of care for a caseload of service users within CMHTs.
2. To undertake initial assessments of new referrals to the service
3. To support the duty system
Nursing Qualifications and Requirements:
4. Hold a PIN number as a registered mental health nurse
5. Fully enhanced valid DBS
