What You'll Do
* Creating smooth shifts even in busy periods
* Training and accrediting new Baristas
* Stirring up success for yourself and your team
* Crafting new recipes to energise your team
* Keeping standards high, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores
* Working with Store Manager in all KPIs to achieve company\'s goal
