My client, a long establised law firm are seeking a Commercial Property Assistant/Legal Assistant to join their dynamic team. Role Overview: The Legal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Commercial Property Department, ensuring the smooth management of legal processes and administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills & Attributes: Ideally some residential conveyancing experience.
Understanding of commercial property procedures, including completion of legal forms
Ability to manage file compliance and adhere to firm policies and procedures
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills in a dynamic setting
Excellent telephone manner and client service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word, including Track Changes
Experience with case management systems and online legal portals (e.g., Land Registry, SDLT)
Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
