As the Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of service excellence across their operational business area including brand integrity, quality, compliance, and service standards. You will champion and embed service excellence initiatives across your site and ensure that all catering services are aligned to the Defence client and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Responsible for H&S, financial reporting and rostering Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service To promote, manage and deliver functions and hospitality including planning, menus and costing in conjunction with the catering teams when required.
