As an Accounts Senior, you will be: Preparing and reviewing statutory and management accounts for a varied portfolio of clients Producing VAT returns and assisting with bookkeeping tasks when required Acting as a key point of contact for clients, offering advice and resolving queries Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards To be successful in this Accounts Senior role, you will ideally have/be: ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience in a practice environment Comfortable managing a portfolio of clients including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships Familiar with cloud-based software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks A proactive and organised individual with excellent communication skills Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively This opportunity is easily commutable from Hessle, Beverley, Cottingham, Brough, Hedon, and surrounding areas, with access to on-site parking and convenient public transport links.
