Our client based in New Milton has an immediate requirement for an experienced Production Administrator, this role includes providing essential support in maintaining production schedules, ensuring data accuracy, facilitating effective communication between teams and upholding company standards.
This new role gives support to the Production Planning Manager and the wider team by ensuring production administrative and system-based tasks are completed accurately and on time. The main duties will include:
Maintain accurate production records, documentation and system data.
Prepare and update schedules, reports for the operations department.
Ensure strong cross-department communication by sharing schedule updates and coordinating information flow with Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders.
Manage stock control activities including cycle counts, reconciliations, and accuracy checks.
Manage production order administration, including creation, updating, and closure.
Assist with process and system improvements to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
Applicants will have recent administration experience, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment, you will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail and an ability to spot issues and resolve them quickly, good planning, organising and time management skills.
The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis, standard working hours are 07:30 am till 16:30 pm Monday to Friday with some requirement for additional hours at busy periods. We can offer a starting salary of £27, £29, per year dependent on experience, and a competitive benefits package.
