We are seeking a Personal Tax Manager to lead our professional services team in Leeds City Centre. The successful candidate will have solid tax knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
* Oversee the delivery of tax services to a diverse client portfolio.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
* Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service.
* Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.
* Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated financial services.
* Contribute to the firm\'s business development efforts.
Qualifications
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ATT, CTA, or similar).
* Proven experience in a tax manager or similar role within a professional services environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong client service orientation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
