As we continue to expand and build our national engineering base, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer who is hands‑on, people‑savvy, and ready to tackle real‑world tech challenges across our ATM network. What You’ll Do
* Perform second‑line break‑fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines.
* Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues to fit with their service requirements and enable on‑time in‑full machine provision.
* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers and stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism.
* Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed.
* Stay up‑to‑date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
* Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards.
What You’ll Need
* Field Service Engineering experience with electro‑mechanical systems.
* ATM experience is ideal but not essential.
* A drive to deliver on daily calls and fix things right the first time.
* A valid UK driving licence (max 6 active points).
* A methodical, problem‑solving mindset.
* Clear, confident communication and customer‑service skills.
* Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation.
* No live or spent VATs, or bankruptcies in the last 10 years.
