Position Summary The Junior Account Manager serves as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing financial operations, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless execution of business management services. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional client service. This role is located in London, UK. Primary Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for clients and their representatives, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service. Manage and supervise bookkeeping staff, providing training, guidance, and performance oversight. Oversee financial operations including income collection, bill payments, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and preparation of management accounts, VAT returns, and year-end files. Coordinate insurance reviews, policy placements, and claims, ensuring appropriate coverage and timely compliance. Handle tour and project accounting, including budget management, settlements, reimbursements, and adherence to international tax requirements. Prepare and deliver clear client reporting such as management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and ad hoc financial analysis. Support clients with special projects and financial needs, including tax documentation and financing applications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA) preferred. 3 years’ experience in accounting and business management (entertainment industry experience a plus). Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience with a focus on staff development and mentoring.
