Who we are looking for
We are seeking an Integration Analyst to join our Digital Asset development team. This is a technically focused role responsible for analysing, designing, and delivering complex integrations that support digital asset products and platforms within a financial services environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable, and secure digital asset products that meet our business and technical requirements.
Role Description
1. Support the analysis and delivery of digital asset integration initiatives, working under the direction of senior analysts, product managers, and architects
2. Partner with Digital Asset Product, Technology, Architecture, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to help translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear and implementable integration requirements
3. Analyse and document integration requirements across APIs, event streams, batch processes, and data pipelines for assigned workstreams or components
4. Produce and maintain high‑quality analysis artefacts, including functional and non‑functional requirements, interface specifications, data mappings, reconciliation logic, and system interaction diagrams
5. Contribute to defining on‑chain and off‑chain data flows, supporting consistency, traceability, and auditability across platforms and downstream systems
6. Support Agile / Scrum delivery by contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and the breakdown of integration requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
7. Assist with integration testing and UAT activities, including scenario definition, data validation, defect triage, and root cause analysis
8. Ensure delivered solutions align with risk, control, and regulatory expectations, escalating issues where gaps or concerns are identified
9. Support multiple initiatives in parallel, maintaining strong attention to detail, dependencies, and delivery milestones
10. Contribute to post‑implementation support, operational handover, and continuous improvement of digital asset integration capabilities
Core/Must have skills
11. Experience as a Business Analyst or Integration Analyst within digital assets or adjacent financial services domains (e.g. custody, fund services, settlement, trading, tokenisation, or market infrastructure)
12. Working knowledge of integration architectures relevant to digital assets, including:API‑based integrations (REST / JSON, event‑driven APIs)Messaging and streaming patternsBatch and near‑real‑time data processing
13. Proven ability to produce detailed analysis artefacts, including:Functional and non‑functional requirementsInterface and integration specificationsData mappings, transformation rules, and reconciliation logicEnd‑to‑end system interaction or sequence diagrams
14. Good understanding of core digital asset concepts, including:On‑chain vs off‑chain data modelsTransaction lifecycles, balances, and positionsReference data, pricing, and valuation inputsData lineage, controls, and auditability
15. Experience working closely with solution architects and engineering teams, contributing to design discussions and validating solutions against requirements
16. Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments, supporting Product Owners and delivery teams with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative delivery
17. Hands‑on experience supporting integration testing and validation, including:Defining and executing integration and UAT scenariosSupporting defect triage and root cause analysisValidating data consistency across systems
18. Awareness of risk, control, and regulatory considerations relevant to digital assets, including operational resilience and data integrity
19. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain technical requirements to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Good to have skills
20. Exposure to digital asset platforms or technologies, such as:Digital custody platformsBlockchain or distributed ledger technologiesTokenisation or smart‑contract‑enabled platforms
21. Basic understanding of security and key management concepts (e.g. wallet models, signing workflows, segregation of duties)
22. Familiarity with cloud‑native or hybrid architectures supporting financial services platforms
23. Experience working in evolving or early‑stage product environments, where processes, controls, and operating models are still maturing
