Job title: Group Quality Assurance Advisor
Location: Home Working, with some site travel
Role: Full Time
Mitie have a brand new opportunity to join their team! They are seeking a Quality Control professional to ensure that Mitie service provision meets defined standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
Role Responsibilities
* Monitor and improve quality systems using standards like ISO 9001
* Conduct pre-arranged site visits to ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures and regulations
* Advise teams on best practices for quality assurance and continuous improvement
* Investigate non-conformances and recommend corrective actions and assist where required
* Train staff on quality procedures and system
* Support mobilisation, operational and project teams with quality planning and a gap analysis
* Maintain documentation and records for quality control and compliance
Desired Skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and coaching skills
* Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Visio and audit software ( not essential)
* Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional team
* Driving License
* Planning, organisation & interpersonal skills
