Are you an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) looking for a rewarding role within a supportive and forwardthinking multidisciplinary team? Alba Medical Group is seeking motivated ANPs to join our friendly and innovative practices.
About Us
We provide highquality General Practice services across four sites:
1. Bannockburn (Stirling)
2. Hallpark (Alloa)
3. Kersiebank (Grangemouth)
4. Westburn (Falkirk)

The Team
You will work alongside GPs, ANPs, Mental Health Nurses, Pharmacists, Advanced Physiotherapy, Paramedic Practitioners, and Practice Nurses.
The Role
As an ANP, you will:
5. Independently manage acute and longterm conditions
6. Undertake advanced clinical assessments and diagnoses
7. Develop and review effective management plans
8. Ensure continuity of care and appropriate followup
9. Contribute proactively to MDT working and service development

Youll be motivated, confident in advanced practice, and passionate about delivering highquality patient care.
