An established and growing regional law firm is seeking to appoint a corporate Lawyer to join their team. These appointments form part of the firm's continued expansion of its Business Team, which advises across commercial, corporate and employment matters. The Opportunity Successful candidates will advise on a broad range of corporate matters across sectors including technology, IT and life sciences. The work includes: Mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side) Management buyouts and founder exits Shareholders' agreements and joint ventures Early-stage through to private equity investment Group restructures and reorganisations Corporate governance and partnership arrangements The role offers responsibility for managing your own matters (appropriate to level of experience), supporting senior colleagues on complex transactions, and supervising delegated work where relevant. As the team continues to grow, there is clear scope for career progression and increasing responsibility. Lawyers will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships.
