Job Description
Robertson Recruitment are seeking an experienced bench joinerwith a passion for precision craftsmanship and a strong focus on door fabricationto join a growing workshop team. As a key part of the production team, you'll be working on a range of high-quality doors from traditional solid wood designs to contemporary custom builds for both residential and commercial projects. This is a temp to perm opportunity.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday
07:30- 3:30pm.
Overtime available
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture bespoke and standard doors to exact specifications
* Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
* Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
* Ensure all products meet our quality standards before dispatch
* Work collaboratively with workshop colleagues and the project team
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, ideally with a focus on doors
* Strong knowledge of wood species and joinery techniques
* Ability to work from detailed technical drawings
* Competence with a variety of woodworking machinery and tools
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
