This includes:Integrated Master Schedule Creation (IMS) using Primavera P6, and Baseline ManagementSupporting internal and external reviews with respect to the IMS including the critical path, progress and overall health of the projectImplementing and operating change control across programmatic baselines - ensuring clarity over the Performance Management Baseline (PMB) and forecasts vs the PMB at all timesPerformance Management - identification of trends, analysis of variances and recommending appropriate corrective actions.Proactive risk and opportunity management, including identification and support to the resolution of cross-portfolio risks/issue themesAnalysis and reporting - ETC Reviews, Schedule Reviews, Risk Reviews, Reporting ActivitiesWorking with Project leadership to identify and implement appropriate metricsEnsuring resource forward load is accurate and timely, including the analysis of resource profiles (labour and material) and making recommendations to reconcile anomalies and optimise deploymentAbout you:Proven experience working in Project Controls environment, either as a Project Controller/Planner, or a project support role.
