Clinical Lead Complex Care (Learning Disabilities) Location: Bedford and surrounding villages Salary: Up to £50,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm We are recruiting a Clinical Lead to join a well established, high quality complex care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities across Bedfordshire. This is a permanent, senior leadership role offering stability, autonomy, and real clinical influence. The position is fully weekday based with no shifts, nights, or weekends. Services are based around Stagsden, Bridge End, Biddenham and Bromham, making this role ideal for candidates living within a 30 to 40 minute commute of Bedford. The Clinical Lead role suits nurses who want leadership responsibility without sacrificing work life balance. The role As Clinical Lead, you will provide visible, hands on leadership across multiple complex care services supporting adults with learning disabilities including Autism and Cerebral Palsy. You will balance clinical governance with people focused leadership, ensuring safe, compliant, and person centred care.
