Pertemps is recruiting for an experienced Head of Landlord Compliance and Building Safety in Bristol.
Responsibilities
* Managing Landlord Compliance Commissioning Teams and providing indirect matrix support for compliance delivery teams.
* Overseeing the Building Safety Team.
* Leading the Residential Safety Programme.
* Developing and implementing safety assurance and audit protocols.
* Driving Housing\'s approach to health & safety, including policies, processes, and corporate responsibilities, in partnership with the Corporate H&S Team.
* Ensuring statutory duties related to property compliance are met, acting as the "Responsible Person" or "Duty Holder" under relevant legislation.
* Managing frameworks related to H&S and Compliance legislation, and acting as the main contact for regulators.
* Adopting a proactive, data-driven, customer-focused approach to landlord compliance, ensuring safety and efficiency, aligned with the Golden Thread of Building Safety.
* Collaborating with the Director of Property to develop long-term strategies for compliance and health & safety.
