Role: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Location: London (Hybrid working – 3 days in office)

Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. As a member of the finance team you’ll serve a key function in driving business change through understanding our data and making recommendations to senior stakeholders
2. Provide detailed data analysis and insightful MI to enable strategic and operational decision making
3. Prepare monthly dashboards for ExCo and Board presentations
4. Support the budgeting and forecasting process
5. Partner with sales leadership in producing accurate revenue forecasts
6. Partner with business line heads in resource planning, pricing and client engagements
7. Own a number of key financial models and report to ExCo
8. Undertake and initiate projects to improve know-how, internal processes and controls, and reporting accuracy
Skills and experience required for this role:
9. Ability to integrate data and present appropriate to audience
10. Extensive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) background
11. Experience in building new financial models to drive business decisions.
12. Strong communication at all levels.
13. Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to work under strict deadlines whilst maintaining quality and accuracy.
14. Can-do attitude with a hands-on approach.
15. Advanced Excel skills and accounts system administration.
16. Experience of working with Salesforce or Kimble would be highly advantageous

This is a permanent role located in London. You will be required to be in the office at least 3 days a week.
