Our client, based in Beaconsfield, is looking for a Part Time Finance Administrator to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day administration of the finance function, supporting both internal operations and client accounts. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing workflows and deadlines, processing transactions, and providing high-quality administrative support to the wider team.
This role is 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. We are flexible on when the 4 hours per day can be worked.

Duties include
1. Process purchase invoices, oversee client bank accounts, and maintain accurate financial records
2. Track and record company expenses, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately
3. Monitor accounting procedures and identify and resolve any issues promptly
4. Chase outstanding records and documentation to ensure deadlines are met
5. Keep clients and suppliers informed of progress and respond to queries
