Benefits:
1. Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience
2. Working hours of 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities after gaining experience
3. No weekend work initially
4. Potential overtime of four hours once every six weeks
5. Holiday entitlement of four weeks

Duties:
9. Managing inbound customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
10. Assisting in parts sales within a busy motor trade environment
11. Building rapport with customers and colleagues alike
12. Supporting the parts department of a leading automotive business
13. Working closely with the team to meet departmental goals
14. Maintaining accurate parts inventory and records
Requirements:
15. Proven experience working in a parts department within a motor trade environment
16. Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service
17. Confident in building rapport quickly with a diverse customer base
18. Knowledge of parts sales procedures and inventory management
19. Experience as a commercial parts advisor, bodyshop parts advisor, or a general parts advisor is beneficial
