Salary: £26,500 - 27,500 per year Requirements: I require experience with Microsoft Office and Active Directory. You should have a background in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, including both hardware and software. Proficiency in installing and testing network infrastructure equipment such as switches, routers, servers, and associated cabling is necessary. You must be able to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network faults through testing, repair, or liaison with external support. It's important that you can maintain, service, and clean IT and AV equipment, including computers, projectors, and printers. You should be capable of installing new systems and cabling as required. I expect you to provide support to staff and students in the use of IT services and equipment in accordance with school procedures. You will be the first point of contact for helpdesk inquiries. Experience in setting up and supporting IT for events such as regular assemblies and school activities, as well as visitor requirements, is also required.
