Home Manager Location: Craigavon Full time We are seeking an experienced and motivated Home Manager to lead Belvedere Nursing Home, a well-established general residential care home providing high-quality care for 21 residents, along with 6 day care placements. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering person-centred care, maintaining high standards, and supporting a dedicated staff team, including two Deputy Managers. Key Responsibilities Provide effective leadership and overall management of the home Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care Maintain full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements Lead, mentor and support the Deputy Managers and wider staff team Manage staffing, rotas, recruitment, and performance Oversee budgets and ensure financial sustainability Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external agencies Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and continuous improvement About You Proven experience in managing a residential care setting Strong leadership and team management skills Sound knowledge of current care legislation and regulatory standards Excellent communication and organisational abilities Passionate about delivering outstanding care and achieving high standards Relevant management qualification (or willingness to work towards) What We Offer Competitive salary package Support from a dedicated senior management team Opportunity to lead an established home with experienced Deputies Ongoing professional development and training A rewarding role within a growing healthcare group
