As our TikTok Shop Lead Strategist, you will be the strategic driver behind the success of high-growth DTC brands on TikTok Shop. With full ownership of client performance and a team at your side, your mission is clear: turn 8-figure brands into category leaders on TikTok Shop.

This role requires sharp commercial instincts, creative execution, and proven leadership. You’ll be responsible for revenue growth, operational excellence, and innovation using TikTok Shop not just as a sales channel, but a category-dominating ecosystem.

What You’ll Own

* Full P&L Responsibility: You’ll own performance, profit margins, and growth targets across client TikTok Shop accounts.
* End-to-End Strategy & Execution: Develop comprehensive roadmaps for growth—from onboarding to scaling—with a sharp focus on creative, affiliate, and paid strategies.
* Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead a pod including affiliate coordinators, media buyers, and creative strategists. Guide them to execute with precision.
* Creator Network Management: Oversee the recruitment, briefing, and relationship management of TikTok creators to fuel consistent shoppable content.
* Marketing & Promotions Calendar: Own and execute a promotional calendar with platform campaigns, flash sales, and creative product drops.
* Client Engagement & Communication: Lead weekly client calls, deliver growth reports, and drive trust with strategic insights and clear communication.
* Shop Optimisation: Ensure daily excellence in TikTok Shop Seller Center, campaign approvals, listing management, and performance reviews.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor key KPIs (GMV, ROAS, conversion rate) and continuously iterate based on real-time data.
* Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of TikTok platform updates, beta access, and algorithm shifts to ensure clients win early.
* Internal Collaboration: Work closely with our senior leadership team and client success managers to align strategy and delivery.

Requirements

* 5+ years in eCommerce/Digital Marketing, with proven experience on TikTok or other social commerce platforms
* Track record of revenue growth and client success, ideally at an agency or performance marketing environment
* Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop or marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Flip, etc.
* Experience working with creators, understanding the affiliate landscape, and executing UGC-style campaigns
* Strong leadership skills across cross-functional teams (media, content, affiliate)
* Excellent communicator—verbal, written, and presentation-ready
* Data-driven: You can translate insights into action
* Strong project management and attention to detail
* Familiarity with tools like TikTok Seller Center, Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, and Klaviyo is a bonus
* Passion for TikTok’s culture and the future of social commerce
