Three R's Teacher Recruitment are looking to recruit experienced and qualified KS3/KS4/KS5 teachers across all subjects for general cover, specialist subject or cover supervisor roles in local Secondary schools across Kent.

Responsibilities of our Secondary Teacher:
* Delivering high-quality teaching to students in a variety of subjects and age ranges (Key Stage 3-5) - positions available for general cover, specialist subject or cover supervisors with the flexibility to pick and choose the work/year groups you work with
* Implementing lesson plans provided by the school or creating engaging lesson plans as required - (planning is not required unless agreed in advance with the school)
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment for students
* High standards of classroom management and organisation
* Collaborating with other teachers and school staff to ensure student success, adhering to whole school policies and practices
Requirements of our Secondary School Teacher:
* Teaching qualification recognised in the UK (such as QTS/PGCE)
* Recent teaching experience in a secondary school
* A passion for teaching and a commitment to ensuring student success
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Willingness to work in and travel to a variety of schools
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
