đź What you'll be doing
As our People Resourcing Advisor, youâll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, including:
⨠Developing and delivering effective talent acquisition strategies
⨠Managing job adverts, candidate sourcing and proactive talent pooling
⨠Partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and market conditions
⨠Leading recruitment campaigns, selection processes and interview panels
⨠Enhancing employer branding and candidate experience
⨠Managing offers, onboarding and preâemployment checks
⨠Using recruitment data to drive continuous improvement
⨠Representing Ocean at careers fairs and community events

đ What we're looking for
Youâll be a confident, engaging and highly organised recruitment professional who brings:
â Proven experience delivering endâtoâend recruitment services
â Strong direct sourcing skills, including engaging passive candidates
â Excellent communication, influencing and relationshipâbuilding
â A positive, credible and proactive style
â Good understanding of employment law and recruitment best practice
â Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastâpaced environment
â High attention to detail, problemâsolving and initiative
â Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
CIPD qualifications or experience in the housing sector are a bonusâbut not essential.
