A Principal Childcare Lawyer is required to join a local authority in the East Midlands on a locum basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large organisation as a principal lawyer managing a team of lawyers and paralegals.
As a principal childcare lawyer your duties will include;
* To provide high quality, innovative, well researched and comprehensive specialist legal advice to clients.
* To lead, direct, develop and improve the service to client organisations.
* To manage the activities of the team to include performance, caseloads and productivity, motivation and development, recruitment and selection and appraisals.
The role will be a hybrid working arrangement in Northampton up to once a fortnight, possibly once a month.
