What the Role Looks Like You’ll be based in a lively and engaging Year 2 classroom, working closely with one pupil to help them access learning, stay focused, and feel supported throughout the school day. You’ll be working alongside an experienced class teacher and SEN team, with plenty of guidance and support. Your role will be all about building a positive relationship, encouraging independence, and helping the child thrive both academically and socially.
