Job Description

HR Business Partner - County Antrim

MCS Group is delighted to partner with a leading private sector organisation, as they look to add an HR Business Partner to their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping people strategy during a period of growth and transformation.

As HRBP, you will partner closely with operational leaders across multiple sites, providing expert guidance on all people-related matters. You will be hands-on, commercially minded, and confident navigating a diverse workforce.

The main responsibilities:

* Lead ER activity including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and performance issues.
* Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent development initiatives.
* Drive engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives across the workforce.
* Oversee change management programmes including restructures, TUPE and organisational development activity.
* Coach managers to build capability and drive a positive, compliant people culture.
* Ensure HR policies, processes and documentation remain aligned with legislation and industry standards.
* Partner with Health & Safety and Site Teams to maintain strong working practices and a safe, inclusive work environment.
* Analyse people data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.

The ideal candidate:

* Proven HR Business Partnering experience within a fast-paced, diverse work environment.
* Strong working knowledge of NI and UK employment law.
* Confidence managing complex ER cases and supporting change initiatives.
