ThePlaceToBe are delighted to be partnering with a growing experiential and events agency as they look to add a Event Producer to their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded agency delivering live events, brand experiences and creative projects for an impressive portfolio of clients across the UK.
This role will involve regular travel and being onsite at events, so we're looking for someone who enjoys being at the heart of delivery, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is happy spending time on the road supporting clients and events across the UK.
About the role
As Event Producer, you'll be responsible for managing multiple events simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest possible standard. You'll coordinate suppliers, venues, logistics and stakeholders whilst acting as the key point of contact throughout the event lifecycle.
What you'll be doing day to day
* Managing events from initial enquiry and brief through to delivery and reconciliation
* Working closely with the sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth project handovers
* Creating detailed project plans, timelines and event schedules
* Managing budgets, quotations, purchase orders and event costs
* Coordinating venues, suppliers, contractors and production partners
* Attending and managing events onsite across the UK
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
* Troubleshooting onsite and ensuring events run smoothly
* Maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders
* Ensuring all events are delivered safely and in line with health and safety requirements
* Supporting continuous improvement and sharing ideas to enhance event delivery
About you
This role would suit an experienced Events Executive, Event Producer, Events Manager or Project Manager who loves delivering memorable experiences and enjoys being onsite where the action happens.
You'll be highly organised, confident managing multiple projects and comfortable taking ownership of events from start to finish. You'll also be ambitious, proactive and keen to develop your career within a growing agency.
What we're looking for
* Previous experience managing events, activations or experiential projects
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Experience managing budgets and event logistics
* Happy travelling regularly and working onsite at events across the UK
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Confident working independently and making decisions onsite
* Experience within an events, experiential or agency environment would be advantageous
