The Role
You will be the “First Responder” to every inbound trial sign-up.
You won’t be cold-calling random lists, you’ll be reaching out to busy Chefs, General Managers and Owners who have already signed up for a Leafe trial. In hospitality, timing is everything. Your job is to eliminate our speed-to-lead bottleneck by ensuring every warm lead is contacted immediately, properly qualified, and passed to the senior sales team for high-value demos.
You are the engine behind our sales growth.

* Previous hospitality experience (essential)
* Confident and professional on the phone

* Comfortable using CRM systems and communication tools

Bonus Requirements
* Experience in an SDR or high-volume outbound sales role
* Experience with CRM tools (Vitally, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
* Experience in a fast-paced startup
