GSL Education are hiring a motivated Computer Science Teacher to join schools across the S65 and S66 areas of Rotherham. As a Computer Science (CS) Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that develop pupils’ understanding of programming, computational thinking, and digital technology while supporting their academic progress. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality Computer Science lessons in line with the curriculum. Teach core topics including programming, algorithms, and computer systems. Monitor and assess pupil performance, providing constructive feedback. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment. Support departmental development and school initiatives. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience working as a Computer Science Teacher in a school setting. Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
