Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Planning Manager to lead on all planning matters under the Town and Country Planning Act, ensuring compliance, maximising development opportunities, and helping us achieve our ambitious growth objectives.
Responsibilities
* Lead on all planning matters under the Town and Country Planning Act, ensuring compliance and maximising development opportunities.
* Manage planning applications, discharge conditions, and oversee S106 requirements.
* Collaborate with Land, Architecture, and Engineering teams to ensure a joined-up approach to design and development.
* Assess new land opportunities, appoint and manage external consultants, and provide expert advice to keep projects on track and safeguard commercial outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone with strong town planning experience, excellent knowledge of planning legislation, and proven project management skills. You’ll be confident navigating local authority requirements, driving approvals, and influencing outcomes. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must.
