The Role As Head of Business Development & Marketing, you will take ownership of the firms growth strategy, driving pipeline, strengthening market presence, and embedding a high-performance BD culture across the business. You will work closely with senior leadership and Partners to deliver measurable commercial outcomes while elevating brand positioning in a competitive professional services market. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a firm-wide BD and marketing strategy aligned to growth targets Drive new business opportunities across audit, tax, advisory, and outsourced services Partner with senior stakeholders to build pipeline and maximise cross-selling opportunities Lead and develop a high-performing BD and marketing function Oversee brand, campaigns, digital marketing, and thought leadership initiatives Support major bids, tenders, and client pitches Implement CRM and data-led approaches to track pipeline and ROI Strengthen client engagement, retention, and experience strategies Support growth initiatives including acquisitions and market expansion About You Proven experience in a senior Business Development and/or Marketing leadership role Background within professional services (accountancy, legal, consultancy or similar) Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and building BD capability Experience working within partner-led or stakeholder-heavy environments Commercially astute with the ability to translate strategy into results Confident influencing at senior leadership and C-suite level Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally Why Apply?
