Support Worker needed!
Birmingham/ Immediate start/ £12.21/ Full time/ days
Where you will be working:
You will be working in an care with 25 service users. The service users are individuals who have mental health and challenging behaviour difficulties. All service users will be 18+ and will have mental health conditions such as Schizophrenia. Within the Care Home, the service users will have varying levels of independence.
About the job:
* £12.21ph
* 3 shifts a week
* 7:45am-8:15pm days
* Permanent role
* Monday-Sunday
* Nights may be required
-You will assist the service users with daily tasks they may need assistance or supervision with.
-You will ensure all users are safe and being helped to maintain their independence.
-You will assist with personal care
- You will provide domestic and emotional support
What you will need:
* Level 3 care diploma/certificate (preferred)
* Care certificate or equivalent
* Experience in Care within the United Kingdom (6 months)
* Full flexibility Monday-Sunday
* Able to start immediately
