Job Description
3. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
5. Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
7. Monitor cash flow and provide forecasts to assist in planning.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes.
9. Supervise and support the finance team during the interim period.
10. Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Financial Controller should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
12. Proven experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
13. Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements.
14. Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
