At Bauer Media Audio, we’re reimagining the future of broadcast — and that includes how we monetise it. As we modernise our core infrastructure across nine European markets, we’re looking for a Head of Sales and Ad Technology to spearhead the transformation of our commercial tech stack.
This is your chance to lead a high-impact portfolio across CRM, ad platforms and self-service tooling — all while driving smarter insights, increased revenue, and sharper customer targeting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Boost Revenue Through Tech: Lead the design and implementation of ad tech solutions that maximise inventory value and optimise delivery to broadcast audiences.
2. Drive Data-Led Insight: Use audience and customer data to improve targeting, generate actionable insights, and support campaign performance reporting.
3. Revolutionise CRM: Ensure CRM platforms (HubSpot & Dynamics) meet user needs and are fully embedded across the business.
4. Create Self-Service Solutions: Launch an intuitive self-serve ad portal to free up sales teams to focus on big-ticket clients.
5. Lead Product Evolution: Own the future of Bauer’s advertising tech stack — from end-of-life system transitions to cloud-based rollouts.
6. Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Lead four specialist teams covering CRM, AdServe (Planit), Studio (cloud-based AdServe replacement), and market rollouts.
What You Bring:
7. A proven track record in ad tech leadership across broadcast or digital media
8. Experience managing and modernising CRM and ad sales systems at scale
9. A sharp understanding of audience analytics, inventory management and campaign performance tracking
10. Experience rolling out cloud-based platforms across multiple markets
11. Strong stakeholder management skills — able to collaborate across commercial, tech and market-level teams
12. Experience in building, coaching and scaling high-performing tech teams

13. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
14. Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
