The Role As Team Manager, you’ll take ownership of leading, coaching, and developing a team of recruitment consultants across both temporary and permanent desks. Your remit will include: • Driving divisional growth through strategic headcount expansion and client development. • Leading from the front with hands-on recruitment activity where needed. • Coaching, mentoring, and motivating consultants to achieve their full potential. • Developing business strategies, setting KPIs, and managing budgets. • Identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships. • Creating a high-performance culture built on accountability, support, and success. About You You’ll be a confident, energetic leader with experience in a recruitment consultancy environment.
