The role

As Lush Sales Assistants, we are also brand ambassadors. We remain customer-focused at all times, making the customer's shopping experience our top priority. A keen awareness of the shop floor is necessary to understand where each customer is in their journey and how we can contribute to their 5* in-store experience. When interacting with customers, we ask insightful questions to uncover the customers needs, showcasing our products through engaging demonstrations and celebrating our brand ethics and values. We support their buying decisions by asking questions to confirm interest and secure sales, give shop tours through intelligent link sales, create bespoke routines and pampering sit down consultations as part of our daily work.

- Consistently demonstrating our products and keen to share our amazing ethics & values with customers

- Eager to learn about our products and develop personal and professional skills

Key Information

Hours available: 8 - 21 hours per week, with opportunity for overtime

* Deliver exceptional customer service by using in-depth product knowledge and offering tailored samples.
* Confidently demonstrate products to customers in a hands-on way, celebrating our values and ethics.
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing shop floor.
* Support the store's sales targets by promoting products creatively and working as part of a team to exceed goals.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
* Collaborate with the team to foster an inclusive, respectful working environment, contributing to the overall customer experience.
